When normal people have a meal, digested and absorbed sugar content from food enter blood and is send sugar content to body. Muscle and fat cell have catcher. This catcher is worked by insulin and catch sugar content. The catcher takes sugar content in cell and use it.
But abnormal people that eat too much, have a meal of Western countries and are short of exercise is not good working of insulin. If insulin comes, the catcher does’t use insulin well. Then sugar content enters urine.
Red wine

People with diabetes should regularly take exercise for better sugar control and to reduce the risk of heart diseases. Because muscles which are working use more energy, for example glucose, than those that are resting.
